What counts as a user?

A user is anyone who interacts with a ticket from Chatgenie. So your techs who reply and perform actions on tickets, are users. However anyone that just views a ticket in Slack or Teams does not need to be licensed.

What counts as a message?

With the free trial you have access to 500 messages. A message is a ticket and any messages that come on the ticket.

How can I upgrade?

When you signup, the admin can go in the Billing tab to upgrade to a paying plan.
